2013 MirraCo Volcon

MirraCo’s Volcon is the result of MirraCo team riders collaborating on their ideal setup to make a dream bike for you. Its full chromoly frame and tapered fork give you a lightweight, super-tough platform ready for long days at the trails and park. The rugged double-wall aluminum wheels anxiously await big doubles, bunnyhop 360s, and countless wall rides. You'll love the sealed Mid bottom bracket, Black Label 4D8 chromoly cranks, and the 25/9t microdrive for a low-profile, durable drivetrain. This do-it-all, do-it-great BMXer is finished off with a sweet Pivotal/Black Label seatpost/saddle combo and tough 2-piece chromoly bars. This bike can make you so good you might find yourself giving input on the next iteration!

Comparing many makes and models of bmx, I found this bike to be the highest quality and current of both components and design of the industry. The fact it was the only model in the color I wanted (blue) was a major factor in my purchase, as many bikes of the 2013 offerings at top of the line did not offer a color choice (black seemed to be trendy). Considering what you get for the price, the bike is an excellent choice by pro standards. This bike sets my standards very high for other companies of bmx as I compare and look for the same or better features in the future. The bike is also very versatile in that industry standards of fittings allow for easy personalization of small things that one may want to enhance it's appearance or performance or fit. There is nothing I can find fault with with this product and happy I put the time in to research and purchase this bmx bike. The way I use this bike is for casual riding in my neighborhood, time laps for speed sprinting, small freestyle tricks such as curb hopping and foot-jams, and riding along with my son on his beginner 16" bike bmx. I plan to try a skat e bike park in future. feature great about it: full chromoly build of frame, fork, bars, cranks large tires 2.3" front and 2.1" rear with variable knob, and smooth surfaces double wall rims cassette drive with 48 spline cranks which are a 2.5 part(meaning there is only one single bolt for the design instead of 2) half link chain chrome handle bars and or polished hubs The above parts alone would amount to twice the retail price of a custom build bike. The frame, fork and handlebar by another maker of after market parts is worth more than the bike is retailing at, this is very great. Also chrome handle bars always costs a premium more, I'm glad it's included. The bike is just under 25 lbs! wow this is a 'dream bike' indeed! I would recommend this for teen or other seeking a bike like this, the make give credit to safety without sacrificing performance. This equals= enjoyable experience with a bike or bmx- and that should be the first and bottom line.
