The path to superior performance is paved with curiosity. In 1976, Trek was founded in Waterloo Wisconsin on a question: Why are no high-performance bikes made in the United States? Today, Trek gives the brightest and most passionate cycling designers and researchers the resources to question everything. Because innovation happens only when you have the courage to ask the hard questions and go where no one has gone before. To lead, you must invent. Trek has one of the most versatile line-ups on the market from simple commuter bikes to high-end racing machines.

Kona Bikes is a bicycle company based in the Pacific Northwest. The company was founded in 1988 by Dan Gerhard and Jacob Heilbron.

Gerhard and Heilbron worked initially with Mountain Bike Hall of Fame rider Joe Murray to create a range of custom steel hardtails. Kona was the first brand to produce a complete range of sloping top tube design mountain bike frames. Paul Brodie collaborated with the TBG and was likely instrumental in implementing the sloping top tube design from previous work with Rocky Mountain and with his own company. Kona developed a range of mountain bikes known for durability as well as for their ability to handle extremely technical downhill terrain.

Kona has gone on to develop a complete range of road, commuter, cyclo-cross in addition to mountain bikes. Kona is about the freedom and empowerment of the bicycle.

Ibis Bicycles is a mountain bike manufacturer located in northern California. It produces the popular Mojo mountain bike frame among other models. Whether it’s cross-country racing, technical trail riding, or ripping enduro courses, Ibis offers top-of-the-line equipment for every realm of the sport.

“Adventure by bike” is Salsa’s slogan, and their product line-up reflects this. Salsa Cycles is an American bicycle manufacturer that makes touring, mountain, and gravel bicycles and components. Whether you’re randonneuring, touring, bikepacking, or riding singletrack, Salsa makes a bicycle to carry you along the way.
